Job Description
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Able to oversee customer requirement and translate to feasible solution design.
- Install, test and commission network infrastructure according to best practices, but not limited to routers, switches, Wi-Fi, firewalls etc.
- Provide technical support and diagnose problems through onsite or remotely troubleshooting.
- Conduct system acceptance test and update as-built documentations.
- Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology IT/ Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or relevant IT certifications.
- Min 2 years of expertise in implementation / administering, and troubleshooting network and IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on technical experience and/or CCNA/ HCIA certification are advantage.
- Good communications and able to work in fast-paced environment.
