Scicom MSC Berhad in Kuching is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for users of desktop applications and devices. You will diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolutions and participation in on-call activities to deliver 24/7 support as needed.

Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in IT, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be familiar with ticket-based systems. The position offers an attractive salary of RM1,000.
