Job Description
As an Operations Center Technician (NOC II) at Greystar, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving the health, performance, and security of our network and server infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring stable operations, proactive issue detection, accurate documentation, and timely incident resolution in a 24x7 operational environment.
Key Skills & Expectations
Solid understanding of Networking and Server administration
Strong experience in Core Infrastructure Monitoring and proactive alert handling
Proven expertise in ticket analysis, root cause identification, and documentation
Awareness of Production vs Dev environments , workflows , and change/approval processes
Good knowledge of patch windows, maintenance schedules, and operational best practices
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced NOC environment with a proactive mindset
