Recommend, Design and Integrate monitoring alerting solutions within SolarWinds with ServiceNow integration. Experience with creating / modifying customized dashboards leveraging Power BI / SolarWinds SQL Tables a must Perform requirements gathering necessary to design and build infrastructure / applications enterprise monitoring systems. Perform analysis and make recommendations on tools design that meets industry best practice for monitoring and troubleshooting. Validate the system for functionality, performance, fault tolerance and operational readiness.
