Fortinet, Inc. is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in Mexico City. The role involves collecting and analyzing network information, managing customer cases, and providing recommendations for configuration changes.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, have strong technical support experience, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment and handling security products is preferred.
