Job Summary
Black Box Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented NetworkTechnician to support our Networking, KVM, and AV product groups. This hands-on role is responsible for system configuration, imaging, testing, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support of customer solutions in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, comfortable working with both hardware and software, and able to accurately follow technical documentation and build instructions.
Key Responsibilities
+ Configure, assemble, and test Networking, KVM, and AV solutions in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
+ Perform IP addressing, system imaging, and device configuration
+ Manage KVM systems, including licensing and ongoing configuration
+ Perform firmware upgrades on supported hardware and systems
