The Nevada Gold Mines Next Generation Bursary is designed to support students who specialize in one of our key technical engineering fields and will reduce the stress of educational costs, provide paid internships, and secure post-graduation employment.

This program will seek to select and provide financial support to dependent children of NGM employees who are well-motivated to achieve excellence in higher education, determined to succeed in the mining industry, and become future leaders of NGM! 

Eligibility:

  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 26 at the time the application is received (Required).
  • Must be a dependent child (a child, including an adopted child, stepchild, or child for whom the employee is the permanent legal guardian) of an active Nevada Gold Mines employee. If both parents work for Nevada Gold Mines the applicant may receive only the maximum award amount per...
