Night Manager, reporting into the Store Manager, responsible for ensuring stores are customer‑ready during night operations and leading a team of colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower colleagues to put the customer first and deliver outstanding service.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback and take corrective actions.
• Maintain market‑leading availability across the store.
• Collaborate with other managers to foster a supportive, performance‑driven department.
