Pace Industries, LLC in Slough is looking for a Data Centre Operations Technician (L3) to ensure secure, operational IT infrastructure in the data centre. You will maintain 99.999% uptime across customer server environments with responsibilities including troubleshooting hardware and operating system issues.

This full-time role involves rotating night shifts from 20:30 to 06:30, covering all aspects of customer support and infrastructure maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and technical communication.
