Night Shift Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor gaming systems, servers, and operational workflows during the night shift to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Resolve operational issues, incidents, or emergencies promptly and upscale when necessary.
• Support night shift supervisors and coordinate with day shift teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare shift reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and gaming industry standards.
• Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Provide technical and operational support to players, if required.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
