About the Role

At Active Care in the Home, we're one of the UK's leading providers of complex care at home supporting people to live safely, happily, and with dignity in the place they love most. We're now looking for a female Night Support Worker to join our friendly care team in the Hexham area, providing one-to-one care for a male client with a spinal cord injury.

The role involves:

• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Moving and handling
• Light domestic tasks
• Monitoring overnight wellbeing
