Job Summary Perform humane capture and harvesting of fur-bearing and game species in accordance with applicable regulations. Conduct field operations including tracking, trapping, harvesting, and site maintenance in remote outdoor environments. Number of Positions 4 Main Duties Set, monitor and service traps, snares and other capture devices; check traplines regularly and handle captured animals humanely. Track and locate target species using signs, calls and scenting techniques to maintain effective traplines and hunting areas. Maintain, repair and prepare trapping and hunting equipment, blinds, shelters and field tools for safe field use. Process, skin, grade and prepare pelts or harvests for transport, storage or sale following established handling procedures.
