Electronics Engineer (NPI)

Up to £55,000 + package

A specialist engineering organisation developing complex electronic systems for high-reliability applications is establishing a dedicated NPI function within Engineering. This role bridges R&D and manufacturing, ensuring products are designed for scalable, repeatable production.

You'll take ownership of transitioning electronics products from prototype into production, working closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The focus is on ensuring PCB designs are manufacturable, testable, and optimised for efficient assembly, while embedding DFM, DFA, and DFT principles early in the design cycle. You'll also support improvements to production test systems to increase throughput and improve coverage.
