Responsibilities
- Lead and drive all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to mass production.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory to manage product introduction activities, including packaging requirements.
- Create, review, and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) structures for assembly processes.
- Maintain and support Shop Floor Control (SFC) and SAP processes to ensure accurate production tracking and documentation.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of server and rack assembly processes to support product development and production readiness.
- Lead or participate in rack packaging design , ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer standards.
