Advanced Energy is seeking a Production Manager – NPI in Agusan del Sur, Philippines. This role is responsible for leading the introduction of new electronic products into manufacturing, ensuring production readiness and cross-functional alignment.

Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, including leadership in NPI. Candidates with a strong background in SMT and PCB assembly are encouraged to apply.
