Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner - Float
Job Location: Tampa, FL
Job Duration: 6+ Months Duration (Possible conversion to Full Time Employee)
Shift: 2-3 Weekdays (10hrs) and every other weekend (7-8hrs) 8.30am-7.30pm (Weekdays) and 9am-5.30pm or 9am-4.30pm (Weekends)
Summary:
Family Nurse Practitioners will work in collaboration with a dedicated clinical care team to provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients. The clinical care team will work with the provider daily to drive better outcomes for entire panel of patients. This will include accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning. This role will report to the practice manager.
