Transform pediatric healthcare at WellFort as a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Brampton, Ontario. Help improve health outcomes for youth through comprehensive clinical care and education.
This position provides an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join WellFort's Pediatric Care Team. You will be responsible for offering evidence-based clinical services, health education, and advocacy for children and families. You’ll work collaboratively with healthcare providers and community partners to address health disparities and ensure accessible care for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform focused health assessments and examinations
• Facilitate consultations with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
