$30,000 Sign-On Bonus or $40,000 Student Loan Repayment


This role offers strong work-life balance with flexible scheduling. Providers can work between 8am–8pm across a 7-day week , with no on-call, no weekends, and no holidays required.

About the Role


As part of Optum Home & Community Care’s HouseCalls program, you’ll deliver preventive care directly in patients’ homes. This is a non-prescribing, field-based position focused on improving outcomes through education, assessments, and care coordination.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home health assessments (history, vitals, physical exam)
