Job Summary

Temporary, part-time (35 hours per week) – end date March 31, 2027. Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime (hours may vary between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM depending on operational needs).

The successful candidate will be part of a team of professionals in a GMF clinic. Working collaboratively with a team focused on access to care, their services aim to prevent illness and promote health. The clinical nurse works closely with family physicians and other professionals to ensure coordinated follow‑up of patients.
