Observability Engineer

Location: Remote (anywhere from India)


Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of hands on experience in Observability and Monitoring (Server, Infrastructure, APM) is required.
  • Design, deploy, and optimise New Relic agents (Infrastructure, APM, Infrastructure Integrations) across hybrid environments (VMware VMs + Azure instances).
  • Configure and maintain AIOps (Applied Intelligence), intelligent alerting, noise reduction, and automated root-cause analysis to support NIB’s tiered monitoring model.
  • Build and manage enterprise-grade dashboards, Golden Signals, SLA/SLO reports, traffic-light health views, and custom NRQL-based reporting for support, development, and management stakeholders.
