Monday - Friday (9:30am - 6pm) Saturday (9:30am - 2pm)

Duties
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
  • Support HR and finance functions with basic administrative duties (e.g., expense claims, staff records).
  • Ensure the office is well‑organized and runs smoothly on a daily basis.
