Sinbery Corporation Sdn Bhd – Kertih, Terengganu

We are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to support our daily operations.

Minimum SPM / Diploma (Fresh grads are welcome!)

Basic computer skills & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Responsible, disciplined & willing to learn

Able to assist after office hours when required

Daily admin & clerical support

Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing systems

General filing, document control, and data entry

Handle PO/WO, invoices, BOQ, and related documentation

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Liaise with suppliers and contractors for procurement activities
