Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors to the office
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies 
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate and support on travel arrangements for employees 
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
  • Functional support to other departments on administrative related matters
