This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth communication between departments, clients and partners, and contributing to the efficient running of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails and general correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and company calendars
  • Organize business travel arrangements, accommodation and transportation when required
  • Prepare, format and maintain company documents, reports and presentations
  • Support communication with clients, hotel partners, suppliers and external associates
