Job Description

GPT requires the services of an Office Administrator to be stationed at the Pretoria office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide scope of duties to support the needs to management and staff, coordinate some operational needs and assist with financial tasks. This position requires the employee to work in a physical office location and does not offer the option of working remotely or from home.

Essential skills and deliverables:

• Outstanding organisational skills

• Basic project management skills would be an advantage

• Supplier management (vendor application, updating of records, filing of documentation)

• Client management (data capturing, filing of documentation)

• Managing general office administration and executing ad-hoc duties

• Perform the reception function courteously and with a professional image and assist with general queries, when required
