Office Administrator role serves as the central hub of the business, blending frontline customer service with operational support. The role acts as the welcoming face and voice of the business while ensuring the workplace runs smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include front‑desk duties, diary management, procurement, general team support, and the organisation of critical operational EHS activities.

Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management & Training Coordination: Manage the FM main contractor by raising purchase orders, approving invoices, monitoring subcontractors, and coordinating all EHS training programmes, including First Aid and IOSH courses. Maintain updated training records, certificates, and spreadsheets, manage the ECS programme, and ensure engineering address labels are current.
