We are a growing company in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The chosen individual will be expected to work independently and with minimal supervision while also being able to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Managing office supplies including ordering and stocking inventory
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for senior staff members
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and data entry
