We are a fast‑paced company seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a full‑time position with a starting salary of $1700.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Greeting clients and visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing and organizing office documents, files, and records
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Keeping track of office supplies and ordering more when needed
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail/email
- Providing general support to other team members as needed
