Core Job Responsibilities
- Establish localized shift scheduling systems, piece-rate compensation structures, and dynamic cost calculation models aligned with local culture and public holidays.
- Identify and develop key local talents (Local Leads) to build an efficient cross‑border communication bridge; target completion of the first batch of Local Lead selection and empowerment within 6 months.
- Build local employee support systems including visa processing, accommodation, and transportation arrangements to reduce expatriate employee turnover risks.
- Organizational Development & HR Lifecycle Management
- Manage recruitment and talent pipeline development for local full‑time, part‑time, and intern teams; lead the establishment of localized recruitment channel matrices (LinkedIn + Dubai local recruitment platforms + university partnerships).
