The Senior Administration Officer plays a pivotal role, managing complex workflows and providing high level support within a busy office environment.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of administrative duties, from initial file creation to Executive level support.

  • Workflow & File Management: Creating and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure a smooth, logical workflow across the Department.

  • Data & Correspondence: Managing the correspondence register with precision, handling data entry, and overseeing the distribution of formal letters.

  • Mailbox Management: Managing central mailboxes, ensuring all inquiries are triaged and actioned promptly.

  • Executive Support: Providing high level administrative assistance to ensure leadership priorities are met.

  • Word Processing: Producing high quality documents, reports and templates.
