Axiom Technologies seeks an On-Site Desktop Support Engineer in Brampton, Ontario, providing first-class technical assistance to users. Enhance service delivery while resolving IT issues efficiently.
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating service requests and troubleshooting technical problems, from hardware to software and networking. This independent contractor role demands high-level technical skills and a proactive approach to solving desktop issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and escalate support tickets as necessary
• Perform intermediate to advanced IMAC services
• Maintain strong relationships with IT peers and clients
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
• Provide 1st/2nd level Help Desk support
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of field support experience
