Position Summary:

The Onboarding Associate helps to acclimate the new hires to the company's culture and practices. This involves getting the new hires to sign the job offers and training agreements, comply with background checks, submit pre-employment requirements, and complete other necessary paperwork for labor law compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in close liaison with HR and Operations Departments.
  • Organize and streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Make constant follow-ups with new hires to complete the onboarding process.
