What You'll Do
- Work closely with newly hired caregivers to ensure an outstanding onboarding journey.
- Provide virtual support with onboarding documentation and required uploads.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up consistently to keep caregivers eligible for orientation.
- Reschedule caregiver orientations when needed.
