We are an award‑winning global outsource provider. As a P&C Onboarding Specialist you will manage employee documentation and onboarding tasks for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new hires on HR questions.
  • Collect and validate pre‑employment requirements.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment, IT, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll on new hire concerns.
  • Act as the point of contact for PEME results and notify recruitment on outcomes that may affect hire conversion.
  • Provide regular onboarding updates and submit the final new hire list.
  • Ensure contract details are correct and generated on time in Workday.
  • Understand profiles and onboarding requirements of each campaign/account.
  • Monitor completion of onboarding tasks for new hires in Workday.
