Onboarding Team Supervisor Location: Stroud or Gloucester Contract: Permanent, Full-time Hours: 35 hours, Monday Friday Start Date: ASAP Were looking for an Onboarding Supervisor to support the day-to-day oversight of client onboarding in Stroud or Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong people supervision skills with a process-driven mindset and is ready to help shape a growing team. As the onboarding team continues to grow, this role will initially be a varied and hands-on position. Alongside supervising and supporting colleagues, you will help develop processes, improve ways of working and undertake some onboarding activity yourself where needed. Over time, the role is expected to become increasingly focused on team supervision, service delivery and continuous improvement.
