Onsite Manufacturing Test Supervisor

Job Description

The Nokia NI Supply Chain Fixed Networks Test Engineering team designs and maintains manufacturing test solutions for the full Fixed Networks portfolio, including GPON and copper technologies, for both CPE and Central Office equipment. The team is expanding operations with manufacturing vendors in the Bangkok area and requires an On‑Site Support Test Engineer to ensure vendor test operations meet Nokia standards.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor test engineers to build the test environment and deploy the test system to the work‑floor.
• Guide and supervise product testing, providing on‑site technical support.
• Provide troubleshooting support on‑site and supervise vendor repair engineers.
• Manage Nokia‑owned test equipment at the vendor site.
• Design and implement improvements to the test solution.
