The Manager of Operational Effectiveness and Transformation plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and excellence in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). You will oversee day-to-day operations, engage with site teams, and maintain client relationships through regular visits. With a minimum of five years in a leadership role, your expertise will guide training programs and operational improvements.
