What you will enjoy doing

  • Execute, design and evaluate the project journey on the local level. (Project NEXT)
  • Execute and coordinate improvement projects and KAIZEN workshops with the support of the regional Operational Excellence Team. (where needed)
  • Verify new tools & methods, implement and sustain them on the local level
  • Support process owners in the implementation of new tools or the execution of improvement projects
  • Ensure that official tools/reports/systems are used correctly
  • Support/provide general Operational Excellence training on the local level for employees
  • Set up local recognition/gamification in alignment with the regional framework
  • Create/review/implement Good Practices & Participate in KAIZEN workshops in other plants of the region
  • Regular communication to all involved parties in the project, & Create documentation and blogs about project experience/results
