Operational Excellence Program Manager

Role Overview-

This position will be responsible to drive cross-functional business excellence initiatives including growth acceleration, incentives, budgeting, digital transformation, and launch PMO within the pharmaceutical business.

Overall Job Responsibilities

• Lead turnaround and growth acceleration projects in low-performing territories

• Act as PMO for key product launches and strategic initiatives

• Design and manage incentive schemes, budgeting models, and performance tracking

• Deliver accurate and timely MIS, dashboards, and leadership reports

• Drive automation and digitization initiatives across sales and commercial processes

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders
