Overview

Are you passionate about making a real difference for pupils with SEND? We are looking for a committed individual to support colleagues and ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the SENDCo to implement the Trust's SEND strategy and oversee provision for students with SEND.
• Lead and line manage a skilled team of Teaching Assistants, ensuring effective deployment to provide high-quality support for pupils.
• Develop curriculum resources and personalised learning plans to enable all pupils with SEND to access the support they require.
• Coordinate review meetings, collaborate with external agencies, and support pupils through important transition stages.
• Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and help maintain highest standards of safeguarding practice across the schools.
