- Perform day-to-day operations duties, accurate and timely data entry for leaves and deployment schedule.
- To check daily attendance of officers.
- Liaise with adhoc officers on deployment matters.
- Liaise with sales department on job orders and quotation.
- Manpower tracking for operations shortfall sites.
- Compute and check taxi claim reimbursement.
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by Operations Executives or HOD to support operational needs.
- Posses at least Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Google drive and Microsoft.
- Able to multi task.
- Meticulous in data entry and monitoring status.
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
