Job Scope:
- Assist in monitoring client's payment status, collecting receivables and finalizing project accounts for completed projects
- Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial and inventory reports to management
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department to prepare quotations
- Assist in project delivery by receiving client's purchase orders, issuing delivery orders and return forms, arranging for equipment testing and maintenance, responding to client's requests where necessary
