Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role provides direct administrative support to the Plant Manager and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) Manager, while working closely with production teams across multiple facilities.
This is a hands‑on, true administrative assistant role that blends office‑based responsibilities with daily interaction on the production floor.
The Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating, editing, and formatting professional PowerPoint presentations; supporting daily administrative needs using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and performing data lookups and light data updates with a high level of accuracy.
