About the Role

We're hiring an Operations Manager to own and deliver critical operational initiatives end-to-end — from problem definition to execution and scaling.

This role is designed for someone who can lead projects independently , make trade-offs, coordinate across Product, Tech, Data and external partners — and still roll up their sleeves to get things done when needed.
