MSS Communities is seeking a calm, organized, proactive Operations Assistant to support our growing mobile home park operations team.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. The Operations Assistant will help coordinate daily operational tasks, follow up with tenants and vendors, assist with leasing and administrative workflows, track unresolved issues, and help maintain organized internal systems.

We are looking for someone who naturally follows through, communicates clearly, stays organized, and helps solve problems before they become bigger issues.

This role will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a long-term full-time position based on performance and company growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
