Operations Associate

The Operations Associate - PT enters information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Job Purpose

· Keep records of all goods shipped, received, and stored.

· Enter shipping information into a Excel / and SAP system.

· Track delivery progress of shipments. Monitor Processes, Materials - Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.

· Provide notifications to customers.
