The Role

Remote monitoring of every live Karnot installation via the iSAVE platform. Alert triage, technician dispatch coordination, customer service, and monthly M&V performance reports. Technical role — not a call‑centre role.

Alongside real‑time monitoring, you produce the monthly Measurement & Verification (M&V) performance reports that Karnot delivers to commercial clients under service contracts. These reports prove that the system is performing to its specified COP, the energy savings are real, and the demand shaving iSAVE promised is being delivered. The ability to read energy data, identify anomalies, and write a clear, credible report is core to this role.
