Motion Recruitment is seeking a proactive Hire Operations Coordinator for a permanent full-time position in Upper Hutt, Wellington. This is an organized role within a busy team, responsible for coordinating daily hire operations, managing fleet movements, and providing office support.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration experience, be skilled in using multiple systems including ERP platforms, and possess excellent communication skills. A background in construction or manufacturing is preferred.
