Become a critical part of MealSuite as a Sales Enablement and Operations Coordinator, focusing on operational efficiency within our sales team. This hybrid role supports our mission of enhancing foodservice technology.
Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager, your role is pivotal in maintaining operational processes, supporting sales tools, and managing training sessions. You will leverage your 2-4 years of experience in a similar role to ensure all resources are current and accessible to our sales reps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist sales team with collateral inquiries and support
• Oversee the publishing of content in the Guru platform
• Manage competitive intelligence materials, updating regularly
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions for team members
• Clean and input leads into Salesforce accurately

• 2–4 years in sales operations or related fields
