Operations Coordinator

SourceCo Recruitment are seeking an experienced European Freight Forwarder to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation in Redditch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing European freight movements from booking through to completion, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient and cost-effective transport solutions.

Salary

• Up to £35k depending on experience

Working Hours

• 08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day coordination of European freight shipments.
• Process Import and Export customs clearance documentation where required.
• Create and maintain job files, ensuring all paperwork and system updates are completed accurately.
• Process shipments through the Multifreight system.
• Liaise with customers regarding quotations, bookings, shipment updates, and problem resolution. ...
